MOVEMENT & PUCKHANDLING

These two skills play a major role in our position. Often considered the difference between a good and great goalie. And yet, most goalies don’t put nearly enough time into improving these skills.

Whether it is movements on our feet, pads or a combination of both, the better you can move and control your body, the easier the position will be for you.

Puckhandling is becoming a mandatory skill for goalies of all ages. It takes many reps to build the consistency and confidence needed to implement into games.

This program will combine both of these skills every session, allowing our coaches to spend the time and attention required to to build stronger, more confident goalies in these aspects.
